Well, I've said it literally a million times. But lately I've been more sickly than normal. I feel like it might be because of this weight. I had been doing a very good job. I lost 15 lbs this summer and I have officially gained it all back. It wasn't hard to do. School started and it was hard to get to the gym. I had joined the boxing gym in town and I LOVED it so much! It was so cathartic hitting things! When I had been gone for a while I have felt like I wouldn't remember the moves or be terrible at it again. I need to get over that and just freaking go! So, I'm going back starting Monday.
I have a new year ahead and a new goal. 35 lbs gone by my 35th birthday. It seems like a feasible goal. It's less than 1 lb a week! So, here is to 2016 and 35 lbs down the drain! Looking forward to being under 150 for the first time since 2008! The goal of this blog is to log my calories, food, and exercise to keep me accountable.
